BCS Consulting carry out two types of Structural Engineers reports:
a/ Structural Defects report
This report is requested by the Mortgage Company following a Valuation report that has highlighted a possible defect that may affect the ability to lend on the property.
b/ Main Structural Elements report
This report is usually commissioned by the owner or prospective purchaser of a property for their own piece of mind.
